Customizing Your Bot's Behavior

GPT Version Selection:

GPT-3.5 (Default): Upon setup, your chatbot operates using the GPT-3.5 model. This model offers a robust understanding of content and user queries, ensuring reliable and accurate responses.

GPT-4 (Opt-In): For those seeking cutting-edge performance, we offer the option to upgrade to GPT-4. This advanced model boasts an even deeper comprehension of content and queries. While its advantages can vary based on your industry and content, many users have observed notable increases in conversion rates with GPT-4.

It's important to note that leveraging GPT-4 comes at a higher cost. A response generated by GPT-4 consumes 20 message credits, as opposed to GPT-3.5's consumption of 1 credit per response.

We've made the transition between GPT versions seamless. You can opt-in or opt-out of GPT-4 at any time, allowing you to experiment and determine the best fit for your needs.

Bot Deletion:

On the configuration page, you'll find an option to delete your bot. Please exercise caution when considering this action, as it is irreversible. Once deleted, all associated data, settings, and configurations will be permanently erased.
